Common questions

I have an access code from my training provider and it is not accepted.

Codes are case sensitive and tied to one measure. Check the invitation you received, then contact the training provider that issued it. If the code is correct and still refused, email us with the app version and the date of the invitation.

Can I try the app without an account?

Yes. The welcome screen offers a demo mode that runs on invented sample data and asks for no personal details.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Email info@myamillc.com from the address associated with your account, or use the deletion option in the app under account settings. We confirm deletion in writing. See the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long.

Who is responsible for the participant data in my measure?

The training provider operating the measure is the controller for its participant data. Myami LLC processes it on their instruction. [Confirm with your DPA wording.]

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running [iOS version] or later.

I want to report a bug or request a feature.

Email us with the app version, your device model and, if possible, a screenshot. Bug reports are read by the developers directly.
